Any legal dispute arising out of your use of the website or any transaction between you and OnePoint must be heard in the state courts located in Kent County, Michigan. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith and to submit such dispute to a mutually acceptable mediatory before filing a lawsuit.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or OnePoint’s Privacy Policy are held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the offending provision is to be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain unimpaired. OnePoint’s failure to exercise any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
