Each step of exhibiting comes with its own list of countless details that need to be dealt with. There are deadlines to meet, services to order, and shipping to coordinate. It can feel overwhelming to navigate these challenges if you don’t do trade shows all that often. Marketers can lose sight on the reason they exhibit in the first place – to connect with customers and find new leads. That’s where our trade show service come in! At OnePoint, our Turnkey Program helps manage all aspects of your trade show experience, from the first step of designing your perfect booth to becoming partners on all your shows.
It might seem like a daunting task, but with our Turnkey Program, we hope to make it a bit more manageable. Check out our steps to success:
Discovery
The first step to nailing your trade show is for us to understand what your goals are. During a Discovery Meeting, we ask questions to understand your aesthetic, functional, and budgetary exhibit needs along with any service needs you may need. Once we understand your situation, we can move onto the design! This helps you narrow down your wants and needs and guarantees you are using your trade show budget dollars well.

Design
During our design process, we use a variety of tools to create your exhibit. We start by creating a Design Spec, a summary of all your design wants and needs. We first create a black and white CAD drawing then move into a realistic 3D color rendering to present the design to you. Once you approve the design – we can either provide you with an art map and templates so your team can design the graphics, or we can design them for you. Either way, our expert design team will inspect the final art to make sure everything will look great, printed at full size. This helps you visualize the end goal better so you can be confident in your choice.
Build / Mock-up
Before we ship anything, our team sets up each exhibit in the warehouse, so you can see the complete exhibit (in-person or via photos). This confirms that you have all your parts and pieces and that everything is show-ready.
Show Book Management
The Exhibitor Service Manual, or the Show Book, is another aspect of exhibiting that we take care of for our clients. The show book is often over 100 pages and is filled with deadlines, dates, and forms that can be overwhelming for exhibitors. On behalf of our clients, we place orders with every trade show service such as material handling, electricity, rigging, carpet, cleaning, furniture, and much more.
Ship
Shipping to and from trade shows can be difficult. Each show has its own unique rules and deadlines that you must follow. With our expert knowledge and partnerships with carriers who specialize in trade show shipments, we help you feel confident your booth will arrive on time and carefully.
Installation
As your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC), we complete all the necessary paperwork on behalf of you and your team for all your trade show services. We also supervise any required onsite workers such as electricians or rigging crews. This ensures that your booth is set up exactly as planned.
Storage
After the show, we can either ship to your facility or to ours. Within our warehouse, we have a sophisticated process for storing and managing all your trade show assets. From literature, to giveaways, to table throws to big, island booths, we can store everything! And you can see all your assets on our online portal that shows everything you have available. Our storage program is beneficial if you plan to attend many shows a year, or just simply want to be as hands-off as possible.
Our hope with our comprehensive trade show service is for your team to simply show up when your show opens, leave when your show closes, and let us take care of the rest.
