At OnePoint Integrated Exhibits, we have a unique way of doing business that sets us apart from our competition; in fact, our singular approach is the inspiration behind our company name. Each OnePoint client needs only one point of contact—their exhibiting consultant (EC)—to ensure that every detail of their trade show experience is expertly managed. Behind the scenes, the rest of the OnePoint team works to streamline the entire process from discovery, design, and build, to shipping, installation, and storage.
Your OnePoint EC takes responsibility for ensuring that every aspect of your service is top-notch. This means that exhibit design projects move along quickly and efficiently and, when it comes to trade show management, nothing falls through the cracks. Your OnePoint EC becomes an expert on your business, trade shows, history, and unique needs.
A Typical OnePoint Project
Let’s say you’re a trade show coordinator and you come to OnePoint for a new custom modular exhibit. You’ll be assigned a OnePoint EC who will kick off the partnership by scheduling a discovery meeting. Your EC will lead the meeting, summarize your needs in a design spec, work with the OnePoint design team to develop an exhibit concept customized for you, quote the project, prepare a timeline, and present the concept to you.
Once you approve the concept, your EC will personally place and manage all of the hardware, graphics, and service orders required, and will schedule a date for you to preview a mock-up of your exhibit at our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan or via photo preview. Once it’s time for your trade show, you can rest easy knowing your EC is overseeing all show services, from placing show book orders and shipping your exhibit materials to the show, to coordinating with their trusted installation and dismantle (I&D) team to make sure the booth is built correctly and on time. After the show, your EC will confirm that all materials have been returned to OnePoint and are safely stored, ready for use at your next event. Your EC also reconciles all of your show service charges into a single invoice and resolves any issues that might have come up, filing claims and disputing charges on your behalf as needed.
